We are a small software company that advises non-profits on strategic technology planning and manages the design, implementation, and maintenance of web and backoffice applications. Our background in public policy allows us to gain a deeper understanding of mission than is typical in the field, and we have considerable experience in successfully furthering client goals despite tight budgets and other resource constraints.

For some of our clients, primarily in youth services, education, and criminal justice, we perform the role of "counsel for technology" in which we manage technology planning, budgeting, and implementation. Based on periodic strategy sessions with organization stakeholders, we create short and long-term plans and implement those that are approved. Implementation encompasses a wide array of services including staff training, custom development, and maintenance.
